The Power of Technology

One of the greatest weapons of Obama’s Presidential campaign is the Internet. He was able to raise big money through the rare, unusual and obviously successful Internet effort. The Obama campaign sought to understand and connect the Internet and other forms of so-called new media to organize supporters and to reach voters who no longer rely primarily on information from newspapers and TV.

One time, my husband was browsing online and did some Google Sightseeing. It was so surprising to see some naked people on Google Earth, lol! Then, we moved to Google Maps and typed in our home address. Sure enough, our house is in there. You can even go through the streets and rotate it according to any angle you want.
It’s not updated though coz it was the old Yukon car outside the garage and the grass were so dry. Amazing, eh? Try it… just for fun!

I'm still amazed by Google maps too! The street view always helps me get an idea of where I'm going if I know what the buildings look like before I get there...I've never had the misfortune or luck to come across naked people either-lol!
