For the first time after a year of not doing so much of an exercise; we decided to go for a walk. It’s an hour of medium to fast-paced walk around the neighborhood- down the hill and walking back up. It used to be fine the last year but lately, it wasn’t. My husband and I both have a backache after that. It was kind of strange since we’ve been doing it every night last year.
Well, it’s worth trying once again. I just wanna be as supportive as I can for my husband. He’s been stressing out on gaining weight. At least now, he’s on the right track. He finally figured out the best plan. So far, it’s been working for him which is great!
