Be a PHILOSOPHER; but, amidst all your philosophy, be still a man.
-David Hume
How coud you be grateful enough for parents who thought you were such a blessing?
Gratitude is here presented as more than a feeling, a virtue, or an experience; gratitude emerges as an attitude we can freely choose in order to create a better life for ourselves and for others.
My Family
To speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live in gratitude is to touch Heaven.
Gratitude is the state of mind of thankfulness.
There is a calmness to a life lived in Gratitude, a quiet joy.
Joy is the simplest form of gratitude.
Gratitude is the intention to count-your-blessings every day, every minute, while avoiding, whenever possible, the belief that you need or deserve different circumstances.
I definitely fell in love with the “beautiful” Lake Tahoe! You just don't know how excited I was a week before we went on that road trip. I always see Lake Tahoe in pictures and it was a dream-come-true to finally able to visit the place:) That was the best Christmas gift I had received. I thought all those pictures in the post cards, in TV or magazines are just a Photoshop but really, it’s a genuine beauty!
