Wonderful Weekend!

It was a beautiful Sunday! The skies were very pretty and we had a relaxing weekend. Here are some of the pictures I’d captured from the veranda.

It’s really amazing to see this picturesque sunset and one of my most awaited time of the day. Well, who wouldn’t be so grateful everyday for such a lovely painting?

The Saddleback mountain wasn’t visible then. It’s covered with clouds but I hope to take a picture one of these days. I drive to work everyday and I can’t help but appreciate all the beautiful hills that always greet me in the morning!

Anyway, it’s been months that we’re so busy redecorating the house. Now it’s time to remodel the kitchen. We got a great deal on the carpet. It really pays off when you broaden your choices. It’s just a lot of work but it’s worth it. I’m just glad my husband is really a smart and disciplined spender.

All in all, our weekend is pretty busy. Saturday night at the bookstore and movie. As usual, I blew off my diet again. Hmmm, when my husband’s not so much into his diet; then, I became weak too. Guilty, eh? Well, at least I had my Krispy Kreme for snacks and Linguine Pescatora for dinner today, yumm!

Gorgeous pictures! I'd show you mine, but they'd all be white -- we have about 315 feet of snow here. :o(

Great view, something to remind us of -- beautiful nature we have, just how long ago since we appreciated their existence.

Take care.

This reminds me of my sister's place. Is it Ladera Ranch?
