I’m a little bit excited now even though that would mean more driving everyday. Spoiled me, eh? I don’t drive much; in fact, my car is over 6 month-old but only had 1,400miles on it, lol! It’s pretty much just small errands from market, post office, bank or staples.
Anyway, I’m hoping I can still do my blogging chores everyday. I would be stuck with laptop at home which I really don't like, it's too inconvenient for me, haha! Well, I just love blogging as my hobby. In fact, earning from it ( I’ve earned more than a thousand since late April from this blog alone) is just an icing on the cake. Having said that, thanks to my buddy- Atenean101 for another award. This is amazing! Cheers!

Last Friday, we watched the movie, Religulous. According to “Rotten Tomatoes” the movie Religulous is funny and offensive in equal measure, and aims less to change hearts and minds than to inspire conversation.
Well, religion is a personal view of the world which means everybody is different. The movie is not at all offensive to me nor informative. However, it serves the purpose of making fun of people who consider themselves religious. In the end, I felt sad for him.
I just like to share this passage from Kahlil Gibran on The Prophet:
You shall be free indeed when your days are not without a care nor your nights without a want and a grief,
But rather when these things girdle your life and yet you rise above them naked and unbound.
And how shall you rise beyond your days and nights unless you break the chains which you at the dawn of your understanding have fastened around your noon hour?
In truth that which you call freedom is the strongest of these chains, though its links glitter in the sun and dazzle the eyes.
And what is it but fragments of your own self you would discard that you may become free?
If it is an unjust law you would abolish, that law was written with your own hand upon your own forehead.
You cannot erase it by burning your law books nor by washing the foreheads of your judges, though you pour the sea upon them.
And if it is a despot you would dethrone, see first that his throne erected within you is destroyed.
For how can a tyrant rule the free and the proud, but for a tyranny in their own freedom and a shame in their own pride?
And if it is a care you would cast off, that care has been chosen by you rather than imposed upon you.
And if it is a fear you would dispel, the seat of that fear is in your heart and not in the hand of the feared.
Verily all things move within your being in constant half embrace, the desired and the dreaded, the repugnant and the cherished, the pursued and that which you would escape.
These things move within you as lights and shadows in pairs that cling.
And when the shadow fades and is no more, the light that lingers becomes a shadow to another light.
And thus your freedom when it loses its fetters becomes itself the fetter of a greater freedom.

Today, many think that faith is something within their power. It sends me up a wall when people say, "If you had more faith you could be healed," What is this faith business in their minds? Some kind of magic formula? How do you get more faith? Not by presumption. You're dealing with God. Our petulant demands are not faith, and we are not omnipotent. Making demands on God is not faith, that's a subtle kind of pride, God is not your personal slot machine! Faith breeds a humility that is willing to accept the truth that the Father has revealed to us through His Son Jesus, knowledge that Christ is the Lord, and a deep realization that within the soul dwells the Spirit. When you believe these things about Jesus and know that it comes from His Father, it must bear the fruit of faith. Most people possess the gift of faith, but they don't bear the fruit of that faith. The fruit of faith is to change your life. If you believe Jesus came to save you and give you an example of how to live, then you must live like Him. That's the fruit of faith.

This afternoon, the dead tree in the neighborhood had generously spread its dry leaves to all corners in the backyard. The association refused to trim it as requested by the homeowner lived near that tree. I wonder if they poisoned that tree coz it's dead now, hmmm....bad me, eh? Anyway, it was all so messy:( My car which I just cleaned last Sunday is all so dirty now. Oh well, at least the gardener will be here tomorrow.

Love, then, must be true to the ones we love and to ourselves, and also to its own laws. I cannot be true to myself if I pretend to have more in common than I actually have with someone whom I may like for a selfish and unworthy reason.
There is, however, one universal basis for friendship with all men: we are all loved by God, and I should desire them all to love Him with all their power. But the fact remains that I cannot, on this earth, enter deeply into the mystery of their love for Him and of His love for them.

Back when I was a child
Before life removed all the innocence
My father would lift me high
And dance with my mother and me and then
Then up the stairs he would carry me
And I knew for sure
I was loved
If I could get another chance
Another walk, another dance with him
I’d play a song that would never, ever end
How I’d love, love, love to dance with my father again
When I and my mother would disagree
To get my way I would run from her to him
He’d make me laugh just to comfort me, yeah, yeah
Then finally make me do just what my mama said
Later that night when I was asleep
He left a dollar under my sheet
Never dreamed that he would be gone from me
If I could steal one final glance
One final step, one final dance with him
I’d play a song that would never, ever end
‘Cause I’d love, love, love to dance with my father again
Sometimes I’d listen outside her door
And I’d hear her, mama cryin’ for him
I pray for her even more than me
I pray for her even more than me.

We’re just so very grateful the business is doing great but a big headache for my husband as we might pay 300grand for the taxes. Geeee… sometimes, you wished it weren’t that profitable. Actually, we don’t even have that big amount of money for the tax. It will take up all the cash in the bank and maybe take more from his retirement of which has also been down by 25grand due to the economic meltdown. That would even prevent him from developing new products. Bummer! He kept saying it’s not fair for him whose been working his ass off just to make the business growing. He never even played that real estate game, he continued.

We are a special gift to someone- nicely or unlovely wrapped.
What does a special person means?
A Special Person is someone who has the capacity to reach out -
And share his life with others,
He is sincere and compassionate;
He always makes sure that love is part of everything.
A Special Person is someone who knows how to listen and forgives easily;
He is not afraid to stand up and help others with the changes that come along their way.
A Special Person is someone who enjoys the moment of being selfless,
He is proud of he is and believes in His uniqueness.
He permits himself to be close to others-
He cares about their peace and happiness.
A Special Person is someone who has come to understand that LOVE is what makes the difference in life. He is someone who truly makes life so wonderful!
Well, it turned out to be a good try. Hmmm, better luck next time? I doubt that. I think she will be more effective in a small town or being a Governor. She came out to be very structured all throughout the debate. Obviously, she did her best and studied her lessons very well. Period. As what Republican strategist Mike Murphy, on MSNBC, said the debate "became a bit of a nothing-burger."
