Meet my family. It’s not really a recent picture; this was taken 9 years ago on what used to be a family day. Most Sunday afternoons, we hang out at the beach; have some barbeque and kinilaw/sushi. My Uncles and cousins (boys) would go fishing and we’ll just cook bananas and so when they arrive we have some fresh, sweet, raw fish to eat with vinegar and chili, of course. Ah, I missed those days!

Great picture. I miss kinilaw (or kilaw) too. It's just not the same even when you try to make it here in the diaspora.
